During history, individuals have emigrated from their home countries to another searching for a better existence for themselves and the families. Nowadays, it is common to find out people take a flight to the United States of America in search of the popular term " The American Dream”, which purely consists of equal rights, freedom, and opportunities that were not available inside their homeland. Today, The American Dream is still a reality and it is still possible to achieve through natural dedication and perseverance. Some more than other folks, have the drive to lead themselves into successful lives and achieve their particular personal dreams. The American Dream is incredibly achievable even with today's standards of prestige living even though some may state otherwise, most likely mainly due to economic causes. The term " The American Dream” has many definitions, but the most construed may be " Life, liberty, plus the pursuit of happiness”. Thomas Wolfe says, " …to every single man, in spite of his labor and birth, his shining golden opportunity…the right to live, to operate, to be himself, and to become whatever issue his manhood and his vision can incorporate to make him” (Wolfe 18). Wolfe points out that every guy no matter what racial or exactly where they are by, has the directly to fulfill his dreams and shouldn't let anything wait in his or her way.
