Stress Results Within My figure
When I am anxious or confused I turn into anxious and irritable, my muscles tight up my own back starts to hurt among my back, I work my tooth, I receive headaches and my appetite suppress', all of these symptoms are contributing elements to my inability to concentrate at your home, work, not to mention, at school. When this happens my own work is less than it should be, and my levels drop. When i was examining the handout by Rick Hanson, I recognized a couple of things by which I, myself use to gain back my green zone, to slow my own thoughts and recompose to my middle self. I am aware of my own responsive and reactive modes, so once i find me reacting to situations rather than responding to them, I take away myself and take time to think about the situation and locate the best way to cope with that situation. With this method I'm usually able to lift weights the stress in my body and muscles. We go to the increased garden down by the river where it's quiet and peaceful, and sit on the benches or perhaps sometimes I walk into the big walnut tree and sit beneath it. I can spin through my own thoughts right now there without distraction, I close my eyes, take a few profound cleansing breathes, and release my discomfort and muscle tension, and i also always feel better when I keep there. Sometimes, from the rose garden, We go down by the river in order to find a big mountain to sit on, and find stones to toss in the water. As I take into account the issues We am having I throw the rubble into the river and let the pressure go with these people. It may sound silly however for me, it works.
